I remember these guys! They nicely appeared in The Real Ghostbusters Season 2, Episode 5 - "The Spirit of Aunt Lois", where they ended up tormenting the titular aunt (Ray Stantz's, to be exact), an occult faker named Dr. Bassingame (who looked like a certain character from Filmation's Ghost Busters), and mostly got caught by the Ghostbusters in response. Extra emphasis on "mostly', since one was intentionally ignored so to annoy Bassingame.
Could be a Drekavac. I think the video makers just drew it in order to have a more interesting picture. I don't think the Domovoj has a specific adversary.
