Any place that is doing kickboxing but doesn't have hanging heavy bags ain't it. I totally get this isn't supposed to be kickboxing for actually competing, but the mechanics in this video are real jarring. Not turning over the hips on kicks, arm punches (even by the instructors). Yikes
