Ventura Beach lighted, haunted bicycle ride

This group of bicyclist meets every other Saturday to take a lighted bicycle ride along the beach. The bikes are decorated one of the guys has a gigantic external powered speaker with him ! Definitely looks like fun. We would do this in our town if they had it.
