i didn't bother to fix my hungry panel, it's a good place to shove the emotions into, when the window regulator breaks on a rainy day
why the F this channel does not have alot of subs, its a very very good feeling to watch it and feels the real old school USA 90s and early 2000's "idk if it the music or way he does the vids" but anywyas, it on YT on a modern way, keep up the good work

Previous generation has almost exactly the same panel and problems too.
No they don't. 1995-2002 has a different door panel design. In 2003 ford introduced the panels you see in this video and this design continued until the end of production in 2011.

@@LimitedEditionMotorcars i agree i used to own 99 its more circular or round shape with bigger buttons , after 2002 it has more 90 degree shape with smaller buttons but over all design very close to each other
What about using a tie down strap or bungee cord(s) to hold it down? Or does the tape work better?

Upgrading the horrible stock stereo speakers on my 2009 Interceptor, I discovered that whoever took the ballistic panels out didn't bother to put all the bolts back on when reassembling the trim - my panels have only been hanging by the one small screw behind that plastic cover by the release handle! Do you know what the exact specs are for all the screws holding the door panels? Would be super helpful, so I can replace them all...

I bought a 2011 CVPI today. One odd thing is instead of regular back door interior panels (with door latch, window control and armrest) there's just a flat black panel with no controls. I'm unable to open the doors from the outside. There's a few torx screws holding the panel on. I assume I can remove the panel from the inside with the door closed?
Yes, you can remove that panel. First check if the child lock is enabled, that is the most obvious way to prevent to doors from unlocking. If that doesn't work you need to order a lot parts to make the rear doors work: www.idmsvcs.com/2vmod/reardoorrods/index.html
