hi anjali i would say that this video inspired me a lot. i am a hip hop dancer(popper mainly) . i am learning the basics of bharatnatyam so that i can incorporate this form in my dance. would be creating something fresh. :D

Hi, i have learned bharatanatyam from Odisha, They taught us for 7 years and we learned alarippu, jathiswaram, thillana, and some other songs, my course is not so big but very much interested in bharatanatyam, but when i meet some people they ar easking me what kind of bharatnatyam you learned, frankly speaking i really dodnt know, my teacher didnt taught me, so how to know the types and information about the types, ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME
