    Thanks, this is very helpful! I've ran nano tanks for a long time, and I've only ever used magnet cleaners

    Tunze (with float) for basics & Kent hand held for problem areas & back - this combo works for me.

    I've used all of those except the Tunze and the Flipper is the best. Felt gets wet on the Waterbox and the shallow angled plastic blade won't get calcification off. My two blade Flipper also keeps sand from getting caught and risking scratches.

      Oh, I have not tried the two blade one, how is it compared to the single blade?

    Добрый день! Спасибо за качественный обзор!
    Флипер версии Нано не подружится со стеком 8мм? Нужно брать версию Стандаот?

    Hi! A bit weird question here. Have anyone ever try to wash double-glazed windows with any of these? the magnet on the ones for cleaning is shite and I was wondering if something like flipper is strong enough to wash windows in apartment block?

    I combined my algae free magnet with my flipper inside magnet. It's strong and doesn't pick up sand to scratch the glass.

    Привет! Металлическими насадками возможно повредить силикон между стёклами?

      в принципе, да, но не то, что бы сильно. Лучше по-осторожней, когда рядом со швом

    Over all looks super close except mag
    I have the Tunze and a hand held for tricky areas plus the back of the tank where you can't use magnet... I think it costs way way way too much for a blade and some plastic, but I'm a cheapskate 🙂

      Agree - the prices are going to the moon on those

    Thank you for the video. I have a question regarding your grading system. Is a 1 or a 3 the best? The tunze got a 1 for its ability to scratch? It seemed like you were saying that Tunze scraper is safer on glass than others. Water box got a 3 on its scrape potential?

    • @TreasureCorals
      @TreasureCorals  Рік тому

      1 would be the best (less scratching), so tunze is very unlikely to scratch the glass as it is just metal on glass, the Waterbox due to design "might" get a piece of sand lodged in that would scratch it.

    Mag Float is garbage, it scratched the OUTSIDE of my tank.

      @TreasureCorals  5 місяців тому +1

      Fair point, why do you think it can't happen with another type of magnet? If something gets stuck there - you will get a scratch. Thoughts?

    • @tonyguarini6140

      Not on the outside. Should not happen.

      @@TreasureCorals there seems to be a sharp metal piece in the outside smooth part. I can feel it with my finger.

      @@tonyguarini6140 gotcha. That seems like a faulty product to me. Sorry you’ve ran into this. I would venture to guess it is a one off though, but can’t know much of their quality control.
