Finally someone shooting this scope with a rifle with a cartridge. Instead all of these guys posting with childrens airguns
I know, all I've seen is airguns and .22 cal I want to see how this handles 5.56, 6.5CM, .308, etc...
If it can withstand air gun it’ll do just fine with full rifle cartridges
That does not sound like very good logic.@@HotepSaoirse
@@gummywormz5442 air rifles are alot harder on scopes then full power rifles rounds, the recoil impulse from air rifles is different
Triam LLC uses a 6.5 at 300 and 800 yards.
Use the onboard ballistic calculator with the lrf, no need to sight in in for different distances!
Nice review. I've got a few coming in to review as well. Good content.
How did you get one already? Mines been on order since December?
Pretty impressive piece of hardware
Your zero doesn’t change based on zoom in a traditional scope either. Your windage and drop will change with zoom with SFP while FFP those holds remain consistent because your reticle is being zoomed in on too as you change magnification
The night performance appears superb. Have one on order now, eta 6 wks. I have been concluding that you want to spot with thermal and shoot with night vision. This because thermal does not provide contextual information required for precise shot placement especially in partial cover or at unknown distances. This scope should prove or disprove the theory.
You obviously havnt looked through a Pard Thermal with LRF .....
Thank you for the video, you did an excellent job of showing the optic. I really appreciate you taking so much time and explaining things clearly. I will see you again.
Got both of mine today and none came with batteries. Will have to wait longer now
Hi Steve great video mate , I am looking at these so just thinking once you put in balistic info and say zero it in at 50 yards for slugs. When you next use it do you have to range it at 50 yards again or can you just range it say 100 yards and the reticle just drops where you need to shoot ..
You would save a profile at 50, then save another one at 100 so you know you’re dead on. You could just use your 50 and figure out where your hold is I guess.
Each profile will have the reticle in a different place per where you save it. So when you switch between profiles you’ll see the reticle move on the screen.
@Steve_MP5 ah OK great thanks mate..
Can the reticle be switched off ? Thanks
Far better to use the profiles in the scope ABC etc to set up profiles for different rifle projectile combinations. set the scope up for one distance and use the Arken ballistic calculator on your phone to send the data to the scope and after that all you have to do is set the scope to dial in in the menu . you can then rangefind your target , give the rangefinder 1 more brief press and your reticle will move to point of impact !
This mode does not have the rangefinder and those functions, that I know of. I’ve seen videos on that one and it is a different model.
В какой моделе есть эта функция ??@@Steve_MP5
What scope are you using that changes poi on different zoom levels never heard of that sounds like a broken scope
First focal plane vs second focal plane. Look it up.
what kind of delay is there between moving the scope and seeing it on the screen?
It's 60hz so it should be fairly smooth
I'm going to put mine on the crossbow .
For longer range you can get laser illumination what has a box profile, I like it. When you try to point at a far distance target your illuminati is hittting the long range that’s why 5he white out
How far does this zoom in? Can you see paper at 1k+ yards?
can't see paper at all
even most optic scopes can't see it also. at best (both) you might spot the target of the size of a small tick.
Shot it with my ATG AW L115A3
The magnification is very limited. Very disappointed for me.
Am I the only person that has noticed a distinct resemblance to the Sytong HT60.......To the point, I wonder if one IS the other ie a rebadged product. !
You have the 35 moa mount I take?
I have whatever it came with. I just put it right on my 0 MOA rail that’s on my rifle.
@@Steve_MP5 They have a 0 and 35 apparently. By looking at your reticle high on the screen it looks like the 35. When I ordered mine in the US I had to select 0 moa option.
You need a more powerful external ir light source and the grainy picture will become very clear
That must be what my problem is.... My display is grainy or staticy. Not impressed. Dont know where he is getting his images from. Mine looks really cheap. For the price. There should be an extra IR then. I pointed it at a pitch black corner in the backyard. Not very far away and it could not show any detail.
@@c-w-huser error.
@@chublez nope
Does this optic have a ballistic calculator?
This version does not.
You can do it at 200 yards, just use a shoot n see target to illuminate per say your hit.
This thing would be much better if it went down to 1-2x since night range and target aquisition will usually be less.
Arken makes good chit 👊👍👍🇺🇸
Displaying a $500 NF scope by holding it IN HAND SHAKING ALL OVER.....good call.
Will this work with a real gun?
I was using a real gun… and yes it’s made for real rifles
gotter mounted on an ar15
Arken says any caliber.

Dude! Settle down! Focus first then record. Use it like a man would actually use a scope. Waving it all around creation is a huge turn off!
You need to untwist your panties. This helps us see what challenges a new type of digital scope may create so we don't have to waste time.
