Think of this. Homura is the main character in Rebellion, and she says Madoka's name 30 times. Madoka only appears in maybe 1/3 of the movie and says Homura's name 27 times. I guess it does make sense though. Madoka is a lot more talkative than Homura, so even if she's less obsessed, she ends up saying Homura's name more just because of how many more lines she has.

I’m surprised this is longer than the video on how many times Homura says Madoka’s name.
