Personally i think trading rules are okay as long as you are nice about it, For example i understand its annoying when people ask for nft pets or they trade you and expect you to add something even when its them who traded you.

I lowkey feel like adopt me came to its downfall slightly when the whole introduction to pets came out because nobody RPS anymore, scamming went higher and so did hacking plus u gotta learn values and all that other nonsense. People pretend to be poor to get pets for free rather then working for it and it just I feel like brings a lot of scammers into adopt me despite a lot of the players being children and not knowing better… I miss the old adopt me :(
I know what your saying about the trading rules and I can totally relate. But when people trade me and be like "Oh but it doesn't say anything on your profile about this, stupid" and then they just decline out of no where, it pisses people off because like.... FOR WHAT???? And now I have rules and they've gotten ruder and ruder without me knowing, almost subconcious, and its helped....like 50% of the time. If I'm not correct, please correct me but I'm pretty sure a mega kirin is worth a neon unicorn, it was my favorite pet and I was devastated. Please listen to her so you don't get hacked aswell. About scamming: a day my sis was playing adopt me and then a girl came and said "hey! Wanna play pick a door?" And my sis said "yes!" Then the girl said "give me a free pet to play!" And my sis said "okay" (she gave her a fly gingerbread mouse which was her first fly she traded her home for it) then the girl said "oh i need to go walk my fish!" Then she left but my sis was like so sad and angry at the same time that she quitted roblox for like 2 years and she explained me everything and in my mind i was like: "since shen do fish walk?" soooooo i traded my mega golden rat for it and i gave her back and its the end (yeah i still miss my mega golden rat)
Tysm for the scamming and hacking advice I recently got scammed for my fbd kraken and neon megma snail because someone had a frost and they wanted to trade it for there dp which the alt had then the alt traded the person with the frost and they declined so I tried to offer for the frost persons dp which is a Cerberus the first time they declined then they traded me and I overpayed by a lot which I thought was a win because I thought I would get the frost but when I traded the person with the frost they friended me and we teleported to the vehicle shop then they made an excuse and said my little sisters dp is a neon magma snail what a coincidence then the alt randomly came over and said I have that and he again declined the trade for the frost then I realized that they were expecting me to overpay for MY NEON MAGMA SNAIL then it was getting quite obvious that they were trying to scam me so I left and unfriended the person with the frost and looked on there profile they were friends with the alt but don't worry I reported them on all 5 of my accounts and I learned my lesson even though this was the first time I got scammed just beware of this scam method because getting scammed is not a good feeling : ( Also don't worry I had enough Robux to buy a new fbd and I got a ride potion on my alt

I got hacked awhile back when I clicked a UA-cam scam link, and I had to start over on adopt me.. 3. The way that they do it is that they upload a fake website with a similar name as Roblox. I clicked on a link, and the website was Roblex.
BTW I even found another scamming method, where the player will use a "script" which is a code, that can be used after executed, so that it can easily be used in Roblox, so here's how it works, basically when you're trading, the player will put up your DP or OP, then it will bait you into clicking accept, then on the second trade, boom, the player will activate the script menu and it will make your account accept the trade, while the player REMOVE its pets on the second trade, like WTH howww, so be careful guys, people nowdays begin using script to scam, so watch out ya, my friend even fall for it, even recorded it, she was hoping she gonna get her DP, just to be scammed off her pets.....

I found this really sketchy person one time where there was a video that fishy blocks had made and the girl had a video with lots of super good pets saying guess what you want your dream pet friend me and then there was a sketchy link (also another sketchy thing about her was her UA-cam account was only made like 20 minutes ago) and also when you click the link it would take you to this thing that's like friend me and made you login which was not actually in Roblox it was like a sketchy website I knew something was off and I left the website what I think would happen is when you login it would actually just hack you so I just left so I didn't put my thing in and I didn't get hacked

She said I was under But she would accept the trade because it was my dream pet and then I went to go show my best friend I was her friend for like a year but when I showed it to her, she was mad and upset, jealous and then she started not really talking to me and being all upset that day and I gave it to her to try out because I didn’t want her to be upset and then like five minutes later I asked, could I have it back and she said no I gave it to my cousin, and then she unfriended me btw thank you for this video
Ik I got scammed by my blue dog:( I traded all my pets for it, the scammer had two accounts and said “trading frost dragon for ancient dragon” and someone had an ancient dragon so I gave all my pets to the person who had the ancient dragon but little did I know it was the scammers alt and both the accounts left:( I was crying so much even tho it is pixels it just broke my heart ok:(

They make a website identical to the real roblox and when you type your password and username the website gives the password and username to the owner of the website and when you log in the next day. Boom. Your robux, adopt me pets, and other progress is gone. And if you search the username in the fake website on the real roblox it Donets exist.
I can really agree with scamming it made me quit adopt me so many times and like can’t adopt me do something about it like more security or like people can leave ratings on people like if someone gets scammed they can put in the scammers journal a review that says they are a scammer and the scammer Cant take of the review

I got scammed for my rideable Palace spaniel because of my friend I was using it then she said she would help so I gave her my pet and she fed the right potion and on the last trade she declined. She was one of my best friends sometimes you just can’t trust some people:( RIP 🪦 Midnight:(
A few years ago I was scammed for my neon bat dragon. From there my pets had started downgrading due to me desperate trading so I quit. I’ve started playing again a few weeks ago.
Sorry I do get some of your points but people are allowed to set boundaries about how they like to trade in adopt me for their enjoyment, you’ll sometimes talk to people who like to trade simple and to their liking, if you choose to trade that person you do kinda have to accept that, it’s just the game.
Someone almost scammed me one time : I was playing adopt me when someone said abc if u want ur dp. I said abc and I tped to her. She had rules. U had to offer for ur dp. I almost gave her what I had. They were my only pets. But luckily I declined.

Dang, that's horrible. I'm really sorry what happened to you in 2020 or 2021. But for real, I rarely even trade for that same reason. I don't want to get scammed. But even now, I only to be who got scammed. This might be long so uhm be warned, I guess? Story time: This one time I was reading the chat like usual in Adopt Me. Then, you know what I see? Someone getting scammed for their pet. So, you know what I did? I took out my favorite toy and pet. My mega Kid Goat named Lucifer (He's nft btw you.) and my Flame sword. I was ready to smack the scammer! Then, I went looking for the user that was getting scammed for their pet- by this time it was already too late. But I didn't know. Anyways, as I went looking for the scammer. I friended the person who was scammed for their pet named Carson. (The user's pet is/was named Carson.) Anyhow, I teleport to the person who got scammed and uh... I met the scammer. I was prepared for the worst. (I'm not kidding, it was bad.) Not too long after that stinking scammer left. But little did that jerk knew, I'm a literal hawk. At this time, I felt bad for the user so I decided to give them a new Carson. So, you know what I did? You know the Honey Badger that cost robux in the Hat shop or something like that. (Look I forgot the name where you get clothing for pets and yourself.) Anyways, I had like something robux- I forgot how many I had. I bought the amount I needed to get the Honey Badger and I went to the user. I gave them the pet for free! I told them.. "No one deserves to be scammed." Or something similar like that. So yeah. This took a few minutes.. Anyways, have a good morning, afternoon, or night. Bye!!~

To get your pet back take our your trading licenses then press the screen now report the trade then put how you got scammed and what happend I got scammed to my friend told me this! Hope this helps and adopt me shoukd give it back soon enough

Just because you had a bad experience with somebody doesn’t mean everybody’s like that, some people do just like to have a boundary.

I found this really sketchy person one time where there was a video that fishy blocks had made and the girl had a video with lots of super good pets saying guess what you want your dream pet friend me and then there was a sketchy link (also another sketchy thing about her was her UA-cam account was only made like 20 minutes ago) and also when you click the link it would take you to this thing that's like friend me and made you login which was not actually in Roblox it was like a sketchy website I knew something was off and I left the website what I think would happen is when you login it would actually just hack you so I just left so I didn't put my thing in and I didn't get hacked
i got hacked for my neon owl, neon ccbd, neon arctic, evil uni, neon cow, and mega mecha cat and naga dragon. i cried for a month straight and didnt come out of my room for 2 weeks

Like one year ago, I got my dream pet, which was a strawberry bat dragon and the girl that traded it to me was so freaking nice. She said I was under But she would accept the trade because it was my dream pet and then I went to go show my best friend I was her friend for like a year but when I showed it to her, she was mad and upset, jealous and then she started not really talking to me and being all upset that day and I gave it to her to try out because I didn’t want her to be upset and then like five minutes later I asked, could I have it back and she said no I gave it to my cousin, and then she unfriended me btw thank you for this video
Ik I got scammed by my blue dog:( I traded all my pets for it, the scammer had two accounts and said “trading frost dragon for ancient dragon” and someone had an ancient dragon so I gave all my pets to the person who had the ancient dragon but little did I know it was the scammers alt and both the accounts left:( I was crying so much even tho it is pixels it just broke my heart ok:(

i do have trading rules but they are so simple and im very nice about it , i literally just say "i dont offer, please dont ask me for free pets im too poor for it" thats it! personally i think the rude or ignorant ppl ruin adopt me and its why i quit

They make a website identical to the real roblox and when you type your password and username the website gives the password and username to the owner of the website and when you log in the next day. Boom. Your robux, adopt me pets, and other progress is gone. And if you search the username in the fake website on the real roblox it Donets exist.
I do have trading rules but it's only that I don't trade stickers unless animated and I'm too poor to offer so I don't offer
I can really agree with scamming it made me quit adopt me so many times and like can’t adopt me do something about it like more security or like people can leave ratings on people like if someone gets scammed they can put in the scammers journal a review that says they are a scammer and the scammer Cant take of the review

A few years ago I was scammed for my neon bat dragon. From there my pets had started downgrading due to me desperate trading so I quit. I’ve started playing again a few weeks ago.
This is why I have step 2 verification... I always be careful.. Stay safe.
Sorry I do get some of your points but people are allowed to set boundaries about how they like to trade in adopt me for their enjoyment, you’ll sometimes talk to people who like to trade simple and to their liking, if you choose to trade that person you do kinda have to accept that, it’s just the game.
Someone almost scammed me one time :
I was playing adopt me when someone said abc if u want ur dp. I said abc and I tped to her. She had rules. U had to offer for ur dp. I almost gave her what I had. They were my only pets. But luckily I declined.
adopt me has a website that if you tell them that you got hacked they will get your pet back

Personally I think trading rules are very necessary,, I have a lot of friends added and so many annoying ppl ask my offer for their pets cus I have good megas and it’s so annoying and rude.. I’ve asked ppl to not ask me to offer and even my friends do it and it makes me feel used 😶

Story time: This one time I was reading the chat like usual in Adopt Me. Then, you know what I see? Someone getting scammed for their pet. So, you know what I did? I took out my favorite toy and pet. My mega Kid Goat named Lucifer (He's nft btw you.) and my Flame sword. I was ready to smack the scammer! Then, I went looking for the user that was getting scammed for their pet- by this time it was already too late. But I didn't know. Anyways, as I went looking for the scammer. I friended the person who was scammed for their pet named Carson. (The user's pet is/was named Carson.) Anyhow, I teleport to the person who got scammed and uh... I met the scammer. I was prepared for the worst. (I'm not kidding, it was bad.) Not too long after that stinking scammer left. But little did that jerk knew, I'm a literal hawk. At this time, I felt bad for the user so I decided to give them a new Carson. So, you know what I did? You know the Honey Badger that cost robux in the Hat shop or something like that. (Look I forgot the name where you get clothing for pets and yourself.) Anyways, I had like something robux- I forgot how many I had. I bought the amount I needed to get the Honey Badger and I went to the user. I gave them the pet for free! I told them.. "No one deserves to be scammed." Or something similar like that.

i agree no scamming this one time this girl told me to give my sister pets so i did cuz of coures she will give it back but then the girl said ok now give jt back to her so yeah she did but tshe made an alt account that was SO similar tomy username and all the pets were legendary but my sis knew it was a scam and kept the pets to give me after we reported her for scamming and we think she got banned i hate scammers and feel so bad for people that get scammed (another story) this person told me to give them my ride snow cat wich at the time was my only pet someone gave me for free she said she was gonna bring it back fly but no she levt the game i still miss sugar😢😢😢😢😢😢

To get your pet back take our your trading licenses then press the screen now report the trade then put how you got scammed and what happend I got scammed to my friend told me this! Hope this helps and adopt me shoukd give it back soon enough
