How sad we have lost a real Chef. Today it's all fast food and that's criminal. We are losing these Masters real fast and that's really sad.

The love and chemistry between the Roux brothers was so wonderful. For one brother to name his child after the other and annotate him as "Junior" is such a profound statement. I loved watching the two of them kindheartedly bicker while filming cooking sessions together. They were the only cooking shows I watched while smiling widely the entire time. Everybody, honor this man by upping your kitchen game. Rest in peace, good Michel. Votre vie a élevé le monde.

A true legend who revolutionized how we cook & enjoy food. RIP Michel, enjoy the banquet of your life.
Sadly Michel betrays his food snobbyness by belittling supermarkets. 99% of people in this country buy their food from supermarkets, I should think quite a few of his own chefs do as well. That's the kind of deplorable attitude from chefs like Roux that's so unnecessary. Good ingredients are still good Ingredients wherever you buy them. There's already too much elitism in this country about every aspect of life, let's not adopt this attitude about an essential item we need to live. A chicken bought in a,supermarket will taste the same as one that's organically farmed that you buy from a butcher. Its,still a chicken
