Thank you for your video. it has helped me a great deal. I just bought this product in the UK. I thought it would be safer then buying a cheaper one from abroad. after watching your informative video, I realise they are rubbish and likely dangerous. I notice that it is also unbranded and has no safety marks. Even if it worked, I would not want to leave it charging overnight or unattended. When I try to use it, the screens flicker and go off. I thought they had sent me a broken one by accident but now I know they all appear to be so poorly made, I will try to return it for a full refund.
I have also bought this charger two days ago and after that I saw you video. So where is the problem, I try to conclude it. If the batteries are completely low then it takes more than three or four hours (it depends upon the size of the battery) to charge them fully. If the battery has been fully charged then put out and put it again then it takes 25 minutes to analyze the battery current condition. This is the draw back of this charger. But I think charger is fine. For further more clarification or confirmation, you can check it by volts meter before and after charging of battery.
Your charger is completely ok but the batteries you used are cheap fakes. It's cheap 350mAh and that's why they charge so quickly. There are no 4600mAh batteries from any manufacturer.
Yeah, i have the same impression that most likely the batteries are the problem. Try creating another video with another brand (legit) like eneloop pro, eneloop from panasonic. I bought the same batteries when i weight every brand with their capacity to charge, my eneloop pro is only 2450 NiMH and the Sony Cycle Energy has a capacity of 4600 NiMH but it is lighter than my Eneloop Pro around 10 milligrams. I am planning to return the other packs since i bought 6 sets with 4 batteries each pack.
problem is you, i have one of these , don't know displays are not 100% correct ??? where testing equipment??? no voltmeter? , ammeter ? judging a product off it's crap display? i have two these , i need batteries , snatch em out , no problems. ever . your review sucks. you Also got wrong Ma batteries in too ... jeeeze.
This is not a orignal sony product, its a fake duplicate product
Ya you are right....
@@weareexplorerinhd8659 you need to mention it in your video titles. Or else people watching the video will think sony is cheating them.
@@aliadil4138 yes bro ... I will highlight ur comment
But the charger is not even labelled as a Sony product only the batteries that are used in it.
This charger is an EBL

Batteires also garbage quality.... Don't buy that sony 4600mah batteries...
@@weareexplorerinhd8659 fake capacity? Do you have recommendation for AA rechargeable batteries?
Sony or panasonic are best.... Go for that
@@arvintobias4428 Amazon Basic works fine.
It works fine... I got know that the issue is with batteries .. they are fake... Charger is completely fine
just got one, to late :(
the batteries are actually the problem.... even with different chargers
it's strong for the camera sis
No bro... Not good deal
First of all, USB charger cannot be used for charging high capacity NiMH. Secondly 4600mAh AA sized NiMh does not exist!
