Requested Seafood & Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

A viewer requested I make a seafood topped pizza and a chicken bacon ranch pizza so in this video I show how I made both of those pizzas. The pizzas were topped with a homemade white sauce instead of a traditional red sauce.

Hey Mack, I would definitely be down for the chicken bacon ranch pizza. I'm not into seafood. One thing though because I've used pizza stones a bit, they normally require preheating for at least a half hour to get the best use from them. It really helps with the browning on the bottom of the crust. The only time you don't need to preheat a stone is with frozen pizza. By the way I just got a Blackstone 22-in adventure ready propane griddle. I also got a 30 lb propane tank to go with it. So far I'm really loving it.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, my life has been crazy the last month with work. I'm sitting at a new years eve party (that I DO NOT want to be at) while I write this trying to catch up on comments. The thing is, I *know* I'm supposed to heat the pizza stone yet I don't even think about most of the time, I'm such an amateur lol. I've been seeing notifications coming through for your videos but I haven't been able to sit and get caught up -aka binge watch them yet. Heck, I'd do it now but I'd never be able to hear them. Anyway, I did see you had both the Blackstone and the Pit Boss so I'm eager to see all the things you've cooked. I bought one of the Ninja Woodfire grills and maybe, just maybe I can get around to making some videos with it because I've wanted one all year and finally broke down and bought it the week of Thanksgiving but guess what? It's still sitting in the box unopened 😭. I'm planning on making some career changes in 2024 because my schedule has been balls to the wall this last year and I just can't keep going like this or I'll *NEVER* get many videos out. Here's to a better 2024 for all of us!! 🍾🥂
