Easy Mole Recipe. Mole facil de hacer.

This is my mom's easy Mole recipe. It is just some cooked shredded chicken in Mole sauce. My mom used to leave the chicken pieces a little bigger, I forgot and hredded them smaller. It came out just as delicious 😋.
Ingredients:
Chicken, cooked and shredded.
Mole paste jar
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp of peanut butter
1 Abuelita chocolate disk
