To anyone seeing this video while looking for a way to make it work you just have to make sure the container has enough water in it and just keep pressing the trigger to pump the water until the steam comes out, it might be a bit long but eventually it'll work

There should be a hose from the water bin to the steamer, did you try checking? See if there's anything blocking it.
