i think naruto would awaken the rinnegan a lot earlier probaly at the same time he unlocks the MS because he would have indras chakra from sasukes eyes and ashuras chakra from his own body causing the two to mix and creating hagoromos chakra which would change his eyes to rinnegan. and also i think the combination of naruto being uzumaki and having the rinnnegan would make it so he doesnt go blind

The EMS part is bs, but as an alternative, the healing factor he has because of Kurama, plus his natural Uzumaki vitality, keeps him from going blind from overuse of the regular MS

The only way to get eternal mangekyo sharingan is to implant some else's mangekyo sharingan into your eye. You cannot awaken it by massive trauma like the other sharingans.

Naruto would get EMS from dying Itachi as he entrusts Naruto to reveal the village elders exploits to the people of Konoha and their mistreatment on the deceased Uchihas which happened ever since the village started to exist, the Yamanaka clan would extract the memories that Itachi saved in his(now Naruto's) eyes as evidence.
Naruto's EMS sharingan would awaken into Rinnegan earlier perhaps in turtle island arc because he is an Uzumaki who was descended from Asura like the Senju clan. The power of sharingan of the Uchiha descended from Indra + the vitality of the Uzumaki descended from Asura + The full control over Kurama's power triggered the meeting with Hagoromo and thus gets Rinnegan and Sage of six paths power but only Naruto knows. He also would get an omen about 4th shinobi war from Hagoromo.
The 4th shinobi war starts because Tobi wants Killer Bee's power. Real Madara Uchiha was revived and horrified Onoki and the shinobi alliance army by slaying them effortlessly. Naruto arrives at the theatre and unleash his power of Rinnegan and Sages of Six path and battles edo tensei Rinnegan Madara and seals him. Black zetsu turns desperate and cunningly deceives Obito to summon The World tree and take it into him. Naruto arrived, summons out The World Tree from Obito during the merging process and seals it back into the moon along with black zetsu. Obito was near death but Naruto revived him back like he did to Mighty Guy in the cannon. Naruto is the new God of Shinobi and the savior of the world. Realizing he had been deceived by black zetsu and Madara, Obito regrets his mistake and atones to it by accepting the imprisonment for life sentenced by the five Kages.
Shinobi nations are unified into a single empire and Naruto is elected as the emperor/supreme kage where the five kages swore their allegiance to him. Not long later, Naruto and Hinata got married and had children (Boruto & Himawari). Last episode ends with the new shinobi empire flourishing, Boruto living his academy life, Obito got pardoned by the emperor/supreme kage (Naruto), leads a normal life, revives the Uchiha clan by getting married with the mil..*cough*...mizukage (mei terumi) and had a child or two with her.
