River Avon Zander & Pike Before The Floods! November 2019

A short session targeting zander and pike in a marina off the Warwickshire Avon..….with a ‘little’ success! Following the trip, the river continued to rise, broke the banks and flooded (see clips at end of video). The river reached 3.7 metres, the normal level being around 1 metre!
I was fishing a private marina on the Warwickshire Avon outside of Stratford. There is some great fishing to be had on the Warwickshire Avon and a number of clubs offer day tickets and annual memberships including:

Hi Andrew, yes I'm afraid you need to own a boat to fish the marina. Plenty of pike in the main river though - where hopefully I'll be this week now the levels are back to normal! Cheers Dan.
