The yards looks nice, but it seems like it would be difficult to haul a trailer through there. Plus, it's a tire factory. A few of the decorations don't really scream "tire factory".

3:55 I think there is some overlap or place anywhere mod that will allow you to place those decorations inside each other and give some different looks.
