I think I asked you previously if you owned a Featherweight but my mind is post Holidays mush. 🤪 Every girlie girl quilter should have one! 😉
The socks are adorable...but I'm very distracted by that darling cat in the background! Oh my what beautiful fabric. You are rocking those feathers and beads. You should wear the headband too! It looks like you are going to have a Cajun night!
Im going to Mardi Gras this year. Never been…I’m going with my cousin and his wife and her cousins. Should be fun. Maybe sweetie will see the side of me he’s never seen. 😂😂😂😂😂
Epiphany (EE piff uh nee) it is the day that some say the wisemen arrived to see the baby Jesus and gave him gifts. In reality, the wise men did not arrive until Jesus was a toddler, probably close to two years old and not living in a stable. They by this time, would have had a home in Bethlehem.
@ actually they did… “According to the Bible, the "wise men" (also called Magi) stopped to see King Herod in Jerusalem on their journey to find the newborn Jesus, informing him that they had seen a star signifying the birth of the "King of the Jews," and asking where they could find him; Herod, fearing for his power, then sent them to Bethlehem to locate the child with the intention of finding him himself to "worship" him, but his true motive was to kill the baby king once they found him.” Although the comment was funny!

Epiphany is actually the end of Christmas in some faiths. The 12 days of Christmas start on the 25th and end on January 6th on the Epiphany.
