My old friend the FNC :) for the gaz regulator on the barrel ; left side is for normal use / right side is for bad condition use (excessive mud or not clean barrel during fight BUT only with officer order) and grenade lauch (only one shoot cause the gaz dont push the piston back full auto is only with officer order too (if you have to use FA mode , you know you're is serious sh*t) as i see you have the full loadout from Belgian Army before we switch for Multicam camo nice to see and hear the FNC in action ^^
Hey :) If you want to make it as belgian as possible, keep your elbow against your body while shooting. They insist a lot on that in the army here, not sure if other countries do the same.
Quick question. When you purchase machine guns in Switzerland do you always need a special permit and the weapons buy permit, or is there a collector status that kind of eases the process, also when you do buy a machine gun do you need special permission to go shoot it ?
You need to first have collectors status then you need to make a permit for an automatic weapon. And then you need to make a a shooting permit every time you shoot it. Its quite expensive.
@@superfamilyallosauridae6505 yes you need a permit for the day and time you are going to the range, you also have to find a range that allows it. The permit cost is about 100 chf depending on canton.
@@helveticarms yo guys, several things. 1.Love your content, BUT the swiss bros are extremely unrepresented, I know you and 1-2 other channels. Where can I get more into CH gun community? Are there like discords for raging autists of our kind or what? 2.So far I understand taht FN FNC is very simila not only to Daewoo K2 but also to Stgw.90 but more so SG552's bolt group?
@@lagunapinyata6868 like any rifle with a folding stock its not very effective with the stock folded, the feature is mainly for storage, in vehicles or tight spaces, not for shooting maybe except for very wierd and specific circumstances. But I would not attempt to use it with the stock folded a CQB situation.
I think the selector switch is designed in a way like: "Are you REALLY sure you want to commit to full auto?"
Best video on FNC description
Good lord, I had forgotten how goofy that Jigsaw camo was. Other than that (and the glasses), very cool! Looks remarkably controllable in full.
I used to think it looked weird, but then i saw soldiers using it in a forest in the south of Belgium and the camo was super effective!

A permit every time you fire it? How expensive is that? Are there limitations on what ranges can be used?@@helveticarms
