Ravel's Chromed Cups and Balls, a very nice set of plastic cups, with good weight to them, and look great. They stopped making them YEARS ago, but come up on ebay from time to time.
I was really trying to wait until the Holiday season this year (Christmas specifically) to get a new higher end set of C&B. The desire eventully became too strong and I am now the very happy owner of TCC's Artistic Combo Cups and Balls (bought via Penguin). Even after watching many reviews on the set, I still can't believe how heavy the cups are! I also saved up a little extra money for the blue crochet balls, 3 large different color final loads and the leather baseball set.
Nice, enjoy them. Have you watched my review of the Artistic Combo cups? hehe ua-cam.com/video/zlYyJzsa4CI/v-deo.html Yeah, I don't know why they are so heavy.😆
@@YinHoweMagic I have seen that particular video several times actually. It was the video that inspired me to get the leather ball set to work well with the chop function. And I'm totally enjoying them. 😁
Great video dude. As a busker, I love doing the cups on the street. I use a Sherwood combo set- definitely have to give the extra effort to keep track as you said🎉🎉
I'm having trouble finding a combo set of cups and balls with a mouth opening of 3.25" or greater. I can find ungimmicked cups in this size, but I really want the combo set in metal. I could turn my own from wood, and may have to settle for that, but I hope for heavy cups made of nice metal like the artistic cups and balls set. Rings and things has cups the size I'm looking for, but no combo set in this size. Any suggestions?
What was your first set of cups and balls?
The Adams Magic Set (red, yellow, and blue) plastic set with the small yellow puffy balls.
@@kenhartley99 Classic. Now every "magic set" comes with a red, yellow, blue plastic cup.
Paper Dixie cups.

@@swissarmytenor Cool. I have not heard of this set.
I love "The Raphael Cups and Balls Set"
The Tommy Wonder Cup set?
@@YinHoweMagic they have a normal 3 cups and balls set 🤣
@@kinnnwk Oh ya. I saw those.
Great video. Thank you
Hope it helped.
A very well presented guide for the beginner. Good thoughts from an experienced cups and balls worker.
Thank you for the kind words, Mr Palmer. It is an honor to receive this comment from you.
Great video, need one for chop cups now!
Haha.. prob the same suggestions for chop cup.
@@YinHoweMagic easy content then haha
Great video, greetings from Bolivia SouthAmerica.
Thank you. Glad you liked it.

@@Seekaywastaken yeah. The weight of the tcc leather balls work better with these cups, don't they? 😁

Sherwoods are a great set for sure! Would love to get a set in the future, but I would be scared of dropping them :D
An excellent video. I appreciate the consideration of different sizes and prices.
Thanks for dropping by. Hope it helps.:)
I like Brett Sherwood’s that you showed earlier in the video. What are your thoughts on his?
The Engraved Sherwood cups are beautiful for sure. They're pricey. I don't own a set, but from what I hear, they're is worth every penny.
@@YinHoweMagic I have 2 sets of them and love them.
@@kenhartley99 Nice! Which Sherwood do you have? The engraved silvers?
@@YinHoweMagicThe silver/gold combo and the brass ones.
@@kenhartley99 wow. I hope to own one someday. :D

Yeah, I have not come across any jumbo size combo sets either
