Yes,the new Cathedral is to the west of the, Parliment (via Izvor Park). At the beginning you were in United Nations square,so you can walk to Parliment via Strada Apolodor (5 mins).

Another good walk is Uniriii Boulevard to National Football stadia,via Strada Decebal. Takes 1 hour!
