@RoamingMario I think it's "technically" not allowed for pedestrians but everyone is using it so it's kinda allowed..we have something similar in Timisoara where for an underpassage for cars there is a sidewalk but it's just half a meter or something, and they put a sign saying pedestrians are not allowed but everyone is using it as the alternative is to cross the street so a 500m detour :)
