    For those who are considering the Deathadder Hyperspeed V3, I have 18x9 cm hands. I have tried both this Razer Ergo and the Pulsar Xlite V3 Mini (size 1).
    I find the Xlite V3 to be much more comfortable and usable for my small hands. I find it to be more supportive and usable. It has a curvier shape that locks you in and makes for explicit room for your pinky to be supported.

      I am at around 18x10 as well and I can confirm this for sure. Deathadder v3 HS is great but the flare out in general is just too big. It's hard to get a non-cramping grip on it. The Xlite mini is much more forgiving in that regard and fits that much better.

    You really explains how important for a company should prioritize quality over quantity. Not just relying on iteration, but also the willingness to experiment to create something new and unique. Along with a willingness to listen to questions, suggestions and criticism from customers and/or reviews.
    Those are fundamentals for certain gaming mouse products to be considered as one of the best and most consistent performing mice on the market.

    Loved this. I have a lot of mice but the VV3P has quite literally made me take all the other mice off my desk, they're just obsolete. Really wanted a BLG stormbreaker but I was worried about the coating as I have swamp hands, and as you said, the coating is kinda glossy so I had to pass. Cool to see pulsar in the big 4, My Nezuko was really good for me, I couldn't decide between the Nezuko and the Sora V2 (until I picked up the VV3P).
    I can't look past the Sora V2 as the "budget" option, I got mine from the first batch and the QC has been PERFECT. If it was bigger (and actually had an 8k dongle as advertised) it would be in serious contention with my VV3P.

    Cooler master mm711, older one but its still got the 3rd or 4th best sensor on the market currently. on sale for around $20 usually and I bet it blows all of these low/mid tiers out of the water.

    • @grant5864
      @grant5864 4 місяці тому

      I had one. Good specs especially for the price but mine had pretty bad flex/creak, M1/M2 moved side to side too much, and I wasn't a fan of the sensor position. I had another Cooler Master mouse with terrible quality control as well. I know 2 isn't the largest sample size but it did kind of turn me off from the company.

    • @hinchlikescake7592
      @hinchlikescake7592 4 місяці тому

      I have one but its quite behind others in latency - click or otherwise (from Techpowerup and own testings) as compared to even budget mice with 4K and Nordic MCU's. Which is fairly noticable when gaming. Its not a bad mouse and the shape is good as is the sensor but its simply outclassed and by even budget mice say VXE R1 Pro/M3S Pro at $10 more. Both of which are significantly lighter and can be used wired or wireless with newer sensor, better switches, build and internals.

      @dakotaboker 4 місяці тому

      @@hinchlikescake7592 I didn't get too far into the weeds with it, I just remember it feeling nice and aiming nice lol. I skipped all those low/mid tiers and went straight to a higher tier after so my point of reference probably sucks too lol. Switching to a razer basilisk wasn't a noticeable difference aside from the 8k polling rate. but on 4000hz the difference felt negligible. I get the vibe its diminishing returns up to a certain point

    • @hinchlikescake7592
      @hinchlikescake7592 4 місяці тому

      @@dakotaboker Yeah, the sensor is decent its the 3389 in the MM711 isn't the best anymore and even budget mice with 3395 with a good MCU can outperform it. The shape it GOAT though.
      But all I'm saying is that mice companies have moved a lot in the past year. Under $30 can get you near top of the line performance and decent build quality. I play 2K with competitive mode with my R1 Pro and its near instantaneous for responsiveness. And don't go higher because it destroys battery life. I think firmware and implementation is more of a larger factor than sensor.
      Not tried any Razer mice for a long time but the recent ones look very decent.

    Ty Ty, easy hyperspeed pickup.. I have the x2h mini and I actually wanted to pick up the x2h es because I am starting to prefer larger mice. I’ve been playing with the vaxee xe and outset ax but The vaxee click implementation has that grindy feeling that is constantly in the back of my mind and extremely annoying when it happens.. I was going to pick up a lamzu thorn but I’m pretty sure you can re bind scroll wheel up and down in the razer app so that’s gonna be an over all deal maker for me.. I can use the hyperspeed in all games and re map the scroll wheel both in game and use a key modifier to add 2 more binds to it.. thanks for the review and since we have similar hand sizes I have picked up many of the mice you’ve recommended and I have learned a lot from each one.. Hate to disagree with fresh but I did all the hz jumps from 60-120-144-240 and somewhere between 144hz and 240 it really stops offering much discernible advantage . Inputs feel snappier and more precise but in terms of “slowing things down “ it’s past diminishing returns .
      However if your looking at 240hz at all you should be willing to spend real money on a monitor , you shouldn’t be trying to find the best deal , so if your putting real money in you will end up with a 240hz 27 inch ips panel from Asus or MSI anyway lol ( 180hz are so similar in price to 240 that there is no point not going 240)

    I have the viper mini and the m1 m2 are still flawless after 3 years of constant use, but m5 has double click issues or constant click issue if pressed slightly. M3 is also too hard to press while the wheel input is messy (scroll in one direction can activate the other way sometimes).

    You're not going to pick a budget / Clone Chinese mouse over any of your picks. Yes some of them are usable and if you're on an extreme budget then they'll work fine. But picking them over a flagship = Nope
