Now I have seen a couple of vlog 1st; Story on poo 💩 & Mom/daughter wrestling match or two bears wrestling. Little Bear’s facial expressions during the tale of Poo spillage was priceless. She is wise beyond her age. And Mother Bear you did have a productive day counseling 4 to 5 clients. You two do make it look easy yet I know it is not physically or mentally. Smokes & not miles; love you both and God’s Blessings continue to walk beside you. ❤😊

I literally do the same thing.But mine is to let the chickens out. My dog passed a month ago. However, now I have a crow who enjoys cherries and walnuts. Perhaps my Odin in his new life? I enjoy listening to their journey as I am old, but I am a section hiker of the AT.

@@wildflowersadventures I’m a black belt as well (under Renzo Gracie) and one of the things I’ve learned over the years is that the tougher or more dangerous the individual is, usually those are the quietest, kindest and most humble people. I love that your family trains together. It’s such a great bonding activity. I met my wife on the mat. She was a purple belt and I was brown at that time. I’m really enjoying watching your journey. Absolutely loved your BJJ flow session! Currently I’m taking a break from BJJ. A week ago I sprained my ankle due to an aggressive student and a month ago I tore my meniscus in my left knee. I got carried away with 3 workout routines , one of them being 5 days of BJJ. So I think my hiking days are through which is VERY disappointing to me. Ive been in PT for over a month but the meniscus pain is still there. Almost 67 yrs old but it’s very hard for me give up My Long Trail thru hike has been put on hold for now. I’m a fighter so who knows maybe with perseverance I will mend and be on the trail again. I will continue with my BJJ, and my other 2 exercise routines but at a slower pace. Sorry I was long winded there it’s just seeing you both rolling with the flow got me thinking. Your Bear family takes physical exercise as an important part of your lives. Here’s a great video about dementia and how physical activity is one of the key elements in keeping dementia subdued in one’s life. @@richardharries3164 I wish you the best, Richard. Yes maybe you will see me there. I’m looking at options with regards to my meniscus tear. I can get certain ejections etc so I will peruse an orthopedic doctor to see the effects of different treatments. I would hate to be on the trail and have to give up. I did that a few years ago when attempting the Long Trail and my pinched nerve from my Taekwondo days came back to my left shoulder and the pain was too much. My other worry would be that I finish the AT and in doing so I damage my left knee to the point where the pain is every day and not manageable. Appreciate your enthusiasm and if I do the AT next year I do hope to run into you. Thank you 🙏🙂👍🥾⛰️🌅

She is 2 grades ahead. Her formal studies are accessible online via her phone should she choose to get more work done whilst we’re on trial.

I did that a few years ago when attempting the Long Trail and my pinched nerve from my Taekwondo days came back to my left shoulder and the pain was too much. My other worry would be that I finish the AT and in doing so I damage my left knee to the point where the pain is every day and not manageable. Appreciate your enthusiasm and if I do the AT next year I do hope to run into you. Thank you 🙏🙂👍🥾⛰️🌅
