Make a habit of reading a chapter daily in each book of your choice. Simultaneously, reading and knowing Upanishads from learned gurus will be more helpful to know the Source of our Self and start the beautiful journey of spirituality . For biginners, Bhagavad Gita is a must.

'Freedom from the known' by j. Krishnamurti..... A must read in your life time
Do read The Journey Home by Radhanath Swami. It's an inspiring journey when as a19 years old, he hitchhiked his way to India from Europe in search of his spiritual guru. On the way, he meets many mystics of different faiths and shares his life lessons. It's amazing.
His books are in my TBR. I will try to read atleast one book from him. I find him equally fascinating. Thanks for the reminder 📚

2. Vijnana Bhairava: The Practice of Centring Awareness
3.Abhinavagupta's Commentary on the "Bhagavad-Gita
these three are from kashmir . hope you will read these someday and make a video on it. thank you daksh
I was moved by how you rekindled the spiritual fire within you ( rekindled because spirituality is always with a soul but our consciousness level makes it dormant).
I humbly recommend to read Chaitanya Charan Das's books. He is a monk practising spirituality for more than about 20 years.
He connects science and spirituality in an amazing manner.
He has a series called The Spiritual Scientist and I am damn sure you will love it as a person having scientific approach.

Joe Dispenza’s theory is a proof that science is finally catching up with whats already been written in the ancient indian scriptures..but like you said you need proof and logic which is why no one actually gets to know what actual sprituality is…what he wrote about is a fration of what actually comprises of real spirituality…but then again there are no scientific proofs of those concepts and so this “ultimate knowledge of our existance”(which is spirituality) is known to a very very few.

why do u want to indulge urself into spirituality??!!..Spirituality is sureshot way to get eternal peace but have u experienced the other extreme of suffering? ..have u realized however u may try , "NOTHING" can give u lasting peace and happiness ..Answer these questions for urself , then only there is any chance of succeeding in spirituality..Otherwise u would read couple of books and it would just be spiritual entertainment for u ..☮

I'll suggest 'Rituals of Happy Souls' by Deepanshu Giri. He claims it isn't a spiritual book but small changes you make in your routine and they work wonders. For people who want to make small shifts to prepare for big shifts.

Do read The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself, The prophet by kahlil gibran both are wonderful books and also try to read j krishnamurti books first you found quite boring but he explained wonderfully how mind works.
