I love aeoniums! There are so many look a-likes that I wouldn't know a rare one from a not-so-rare one. I doubt I would spend more than $40 for one but then that's me. If you're happy with it and the cost didn't hurt you, who cares? It's beautiful! 💗
That's so true! Lots of them look the same and it's hard to tell a lot of them apart. I don't know if this one is, "rare" but I assume it's not. That's just in the name in succulent ship, could be really common for all I know, I just thought it was pretty. It's so pretty!

J'adore 😍 agree though, even without a pot, they could have done a more careful job of how it would go into the box. Upright for example, pretend it was in a pot. But i am so glad it arrived in good knick! Beautiful 🎉

I got a voodoo and kiwi in the summer. Mine were cuttings. They rooted easily.

Hi Jeff! That plant is so amazing! And I want to thank you for introducing me to kentia palms. I got that enormous over 5 feet, and about an 8 foot spread on top for a steal ($150 with a huge, enormous, and gorgeous ceramic pot). I have given it it's own grow light and humidifier

Acclimating your Aeonium to brighter light will deepen the color from pink to a darker reddish hue.
They are Winter growers, so avoid fertilizer in Spring. Wait until September.

Price is the going rate for a Pink Witch. It's beautiful!!!!
The shipping on Thursday and Friday on Etsy drives me crazy. If you're shipping cross country, it isn't a big deal because the box moves over the weekend. These sellers in Florida that don't ship until Friday night means I don't get the box until Monday.

thus my issue with the Philodendron spiritus-sanctii I got from Ecuagenera. $80 for a plant with one partial root.
I just saw your comment about the philodendron from my last video. That's not shocking, feel like a I get a lot from them that are more like rooted cuttings than established plants. I usually give them the benefit of the doubt bc they ship them barefoot to Florida then they get re-packed with moss to go off to their destination. I just assume that some plants will have substantial root loss from all of that. 🤷♂️
I agree though, when paying for size, it's the roots that are what's really paid for!
