Hi Lisa....I live in west central Florida and having moved here only 9 months ago from Pennsylvania I'm unsure as to when (or if) I need to cut my Firecracker fern back for the cooler Fall & Winter months....albeit the avg temp is around 72 degrees. I have quite a bit of it at the front of my house and has grown a little out of control. :)
Plsss dear friend subscribe to my channel pls pls I'm from India

Thats my girl ,,great job ,,,love you
Thanks Daddy!
I wish I could grow these in New York.
I have some of these in my yard in South Texas, and they went from 1-gallon plants to taking over a large part of my front yard. They laugh at the drought we've been having, and the hummingbirds go nuts over them. I'm actually starting to think I should trim them back somehow, though. They're starting to crowd into some of my other plants. Any idea on the best way to trim them? Should I wait until spring?
How to buy
Homedepot or local nurseries
Should be at your local nursery, but you may find them online as well.
