It's an IKEA Markus! I don't have it anymore but it was a good chair. I ultimately got a little uncomfortable straining my neck and being constrained by the arms so I took the arms off. The fabric ones are great if you don't have pets, horrible if you do. A leather/pleather version might be better.

Yes and no. I believe making art in America is becoming increasingly difficult to do without becoming a slave to algorithms and being at the mercy of our money focused society that chews creatives up and spits them out. But I also believe that creating art and music is a radical act of self expression that everyone should do as often as they can. We want people to see our art and use that as the measure of its success but I think the success of art lies in the satisfaction and self expression achieved by just making the thing.
