Whenever he punched his opponents it seemed like he was lifting them from the ground.
And was often discussed about what would happen if we put him in the ring with Mike Tyson. Fortunately, the closest footage we have to that fight is the brutal confrontation between Ike Ibeabuchi and the peekaboo fighter often named as the alternative mike tyson, David Tua.

He had 50% of it, mental strength is the other 50% but he didn't have that. Neither did Tyson, that's why they both had much shorter careers than they should have had, their minds let them down. Tyson was great when he was winning but fell apart when things didn't go his way. Drugs, Alcohol and prostitutes are not what a training camp should be. Ibeabuchi was just a fruitcake. If Tyson and Ibeabuchi had minds like Holyfield or Hagler they'd have had many years at the top.
Ibeabuchi was in prison from 1999 - 2015 and again from 2016 - 2020. Wasted life.

Hes still an ATG but he could have accomplished so much more....though i dont think his youngest ever hw champion record will ever be broken!

Tua is not a peek-a-boo fighter!....more akin to frazier of qawi!....Young 80s Tyson was unique!
