  • EER is energy efficiency ratio.It determines the efficiency of cooling of airconditioners.Many peoples donot know how to calculate EER? AC with higher EER is more energy efficient & cool the room quickly as compared to AC with a low EER.This video will cover definition of EER, how to calculate EER and difference between cooling watts and power consumption watts

    Nice video. Please also make a video in which you compare the capacity of the split unit with the size of the room / hall. This will be very helpful for most people.

    i have seen the video today and this video is very informative kindly can you also describe the T1 and T3 compressor of inverter ac and what are there advantages and disadvantages because in Pakistan all companies are describing there EER for T1 compressor only even if there unit can perform at the T3 climate class because T3 compressor class EER IS less then 3 so they give data for T1 only

    Sir my ac btu 19900
    Power input. 0.52 kw
    EER .....?
    Can u tell plz

      @mechanicalengineeringpract140  2 місяці тому

      19900Btu/hr = 5833 Watt cooling
      EER=cooling in watt/ power consumption in Watt
      Please share name plate as this unit is drawing Current ranging from 0.52 to 2.06 amperes which is not normal current of
      If ac units of 18800Btu/hour (

      @mechanicalengineeringpract140  2 місяці тому

      Kindly share power consumption in Watt which definitely 1300 to 1500 watt
      As per provided amperes 0.2 to 2.06, unit can not operate to provide 19900 But/hour cooling, it can be at this stage with less than 1000btu/hr cooling.
