    MES e-learning made complex learning easier. Prof. Explained electric energy consumption very well in layman's language. Personally I liked the screen sharing and mordernise presentation.
    No lockdown for learning with advanced techniques.

    My comment on the following video is directed at the way the gentleman talks about how to measure how much head it takes to melt ice per hour. I do not know, but this video seems to be aimed at people who live in an apartment, not in a house or even in a caravan. It is very simple way he taught to calculate the electricity consumed by us. His presentation is also good and he wrote the figures without disturbing the viewers, this is good. Finally, the calculations obtained through the formulas provided are a bit complicated for me to understand because the information changes at some points, so I define that the video gives very good information.
    In conclusion it is a great video where it explains well the topic of electrical energy calculation.

    If the charger is switched off while plugged in does it consume any electricity? Your explanation of energy consumption is absolutely lucid, which anyone can understand. Keep up the good work.

    I thought it was a great explanation, I think it is important to know the electrical consumption of our devices since it can help us to know which devices consume more energy, what our consumption habits are, control the consumption of light and optimize the use of electrical energy to save on the electricity bill.

    400 kwh/m leaves a lot of room to improve the energy efficiency of a house.
    My house uses 250 Kwh/m now and the target is 100 Kw/m.
    Cool presentation!

      this is all theoretical have a look at the chart he states this is power for one month , who uses a washing machine for only 1 hour a month or a fridge for 8 hours ? the answer is he is demonstrating it how to calculate it so the amount he got was not real , a single household with one person will use around 200 KW/m

    • @naveenanandp
      @naveenanandp Рік тому

      @@iamasmurf1122 @I am A smurf looks like you missed the part where he multiplied the per day energy consumption(12810) with 30(number of days in a month), this means he calculated for washing machine usage of 1 hour usage everyday for a month and fridge usage for 8hrs per day for whole month

    The video itself explains more than anything else to know the power consumption of appliances, which is always the first step to save electricity, for example we started with a Samsung TV. But in itself the question of this is how to measure the energy consumption of all appliances that we might have at home as well as laptop, refrigerator, fan, etc.. Here we have used an example of electricity bill from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co; explained by Prof. Asokan S.

    One way to save money is to start using fans with DC motors instead of AC motors. It will consume only 12w compared to a typical AC motor fan consuming 40 to 60w.
