all I can say is that your solution is much better than the most commercial pdf converter on the internet. Most of them converting information using more than one cell or the do use connected cells. Your convertion use always one cell, an that is what I need to have.

Just as an edit to your code.. I would like to mention that in order to make this work seemlessly without opening the Word application..in the code..change these lines.
wa.Visible = False
doc.Close True
nwb.Close True

@Abdallah khairy have u paste a code in VBA enabled excel... Make sure excel file extension should be ".xlsm" And reference Library should checked...

By any reason I unknow the converted xlsx file has a lot of chinese chars begining with %PDF-1.4.....%忏嫌.....4 0 obj..... and so on. I tried to uncomment the lines you replace but I did not succed. Searching the net I found that it is concerning to a UTF-8 converting or something like that. Do you have any idea how this can be solved? Thanks again.

Sir , in my case , I have scanned PDF file ,
I want to copy specific text to excel from each page of scanned PDF/ PDF.
Text sample: xxxxx-xxx-xxx-IR-xxxxx
I know only IR is fix for each page text, before and after I don't know text, but I want complete text copy to excel.

Converter is working perfect, but when it gets big pdf with like 300 pages "microsoft excel is waiting for another application to complete an ole action" error appears. I've tried to do something with settings and it didn't help. Application.wait and Application.DisplayAlerts = False didn't help also.
Is there anything that I can do or these files just too big?

It doesn't work properly. I converted a normal PDF, not an image, and it converted to strings, not values in cells. While Adobe converter converted it totally fine, so I could use the Excel file for further analysis.

It doesn't work in Word 2010. I tried it also and there is a problem with the encoding. But I tested with Word 2016 and it worked, although the conversion process is extremely slow.
