What if you have no leadership experience are you automatically declined? I’ve seen a lot of people say leadership role is important but that’s just not me as a person. I’m more of a behind the scenes person. I’m active in campus though via NCNW GB member

Leadership is characterized in different ways. It does not always have to related to a position in charge
