Definitely agree. D katulad ng isang girl na gnito din ang gngwa, trying hard, hnd pa alam ung mga basics like kng saan ang sunrise and sunset which is important when ur selling a property.

I guess the other highlight they couldn't show in the vid. is a big backyard, basically a vacant lot that could be develop as mini farm,garden, green house and what not, noticed the measurement of FA, LA and drone top shot for me make sense 🙄😊

I just luv the modern contemporary style of interior & architectural genres of the dining & the kitchen though ain't much impressed by the staircase most of opulent luxuriant residences we had in the Philippines not particular of functions of staircases & elevators in a vast kind of residential properties such as this however,it's gorgeously built thank you for sharing
