Your favorite with the jacket is also mines. For the stomach you can do planking and sit-ups and maybe buy the AB-DOLLY, it cheap as chips and woks wonders if you have a floor where the wheels can roll smoothly.

She is brilliant isn't she, can’t wait to pick him up. I haven’t lost any wait, sadly, but am trying. We’ve had a touch winter, it’s impossible at the moment. I just can’t get the exercise I need because of the weather, that’s my excuse anyway! The frock I wore a few years back is purely for party time and I’m not sure I can get into it right now! But I still have it. It’s the same dirty old rug under the coffee table! It’s just missing that happy little dog. And thank you for the message, I know he is truly happy and pain free now. x

Good afternoon, it's windy but the sun is out and warm. Its so nice to seemyou showing nice spring/summer clothes finally, even though its not been great. I do love that jacket, I had one similar many years back I adored it. Its funny you say about nesting,but I've started a bit of decorating, nothing huge ,a spare room down stairs which is mainly storage, and then the hall. Even though I'm not staying here it needs cheering up. I o hope Portugal is better weather than here. I am moving to Hove the other side of Brighton. It won’t be the same but I’m done with the winds up here and the exorbitant taxi fares! I am putting the house up for sale early summer and then hoping the right property will pop along for me to move to. I believe the Universe will sort it all out for me at the right time but am glad I will have one more summer here as nothing moves quickly nowadays, least of all selling and buying property! I’ll do clothes in Portugal in Portugal as am mad busy up to then. But I won’t forget! x

The painting of Jack will be absolutely lovely when it is finished…….i loved the jacket with the beige pants…..that really is an outfit….as far as the arms go,even though you lift weights as I do…I found that I needed to up to 8 pounds as 5 was too easy…the other thing that is a must is moisturizing that upper arm and chest area to keep it from looking more wrinkled than it is….nothing like tanned arms and well moisturized….home a wonderful week…….❤ Donna in Toronto

Thank you so much. It’s all worth it when I see all of your lovely comments. The jacket came from Hayley Menzies….one of my expensive mistakes!!! The last one as I’m semi-retiring from paid work! But I’m sure I will wear it in the summer, especially in London and especially with that gorgeous skirt. Hurry up heat, we need you! I only know Faro in Portugal I’m afraid so can only recommend that, but it’s a city and where the main airport is, not really the main resorts. There was the one vintage shop you saw but he hardly ever opens!!! So I’m really not sure. Great for a weekend break because it’s beautiful and so are the boat trips to the beaches but vintage-wise anyone else from Portugal who can recommend another place? Lisbon? I have a friend there, I’ll ask and maybe get there this year! x

Absolute top, effortless tip for weight loss is to let go of oils. That goes for olive oil too. Cooking with oils adds unnecessary density to your diet and frankly adds nothing to taste. Doing Lucy Wyndham Read’s work outs…she is amazing as she has so many walking work outs and other work outs. I have been doing them for ages and they work. There is such a huge variety for all levels…love the outfits and the walks around…
