Who is Louis kidding? He clearly still loves Lestat and is thinking of him even in his promises to Claudia. Lestat is never leaving his mind, and he knows just as well that there is only ONE vampire for him. That is Lestat. Their chemistry is insanely good!! ❤️ can’t wait for more this season
This takes Louie's grim demeanor in the movie to a whole new level. Brad Pitt's version was fine and all, but adding Lestat as a poltergeist constantly dogging Louie adds new dimension to why he behaves the way he does. Ingenius way to incorporate more of Sam Reid's Lestat into this part of the story.
The best part is that he isn’t even a poltergeist. He’s meant to be Louis’ subconscious, imagining Lestat in order to cope. Sam pointed out that he mimics Louis and is as much Louis as he is Lestat.
Guilt is a powerful thing especially if you are immortal. Why do I think this is Lestat using his powers to project himself in Louis' mind while he recovers?
The way Sam talks about it, doesn't leave much room to believe that is anything other than Louis himself manifesting regret/love/guilt, etc... But will see.
Lestat is obsessed with Louis. I don't think the anger is fake. But it is gonna be short lived. Like he mad Louis helped kill him but it is out weighed by his love for him. I think the haunting Louis's mind was to get a little pay back for his hand in his murder.
Louis is going to be completely insane by episode 6. Life is rough for our Immortal Family, Poor Claudia ....she hasn't realized he is haunted yet it seems. Lestat said he was going " to kill him when he's happy".....well that's sweet 😂😂😂 They still are 🔥🔥🔥 together....😂 Dreamstat is perfect 👌 " Do you miss me?"

one of my favorite scenes from this show , i love the dreamstat sequences they are so well done .... I dont know how i feel about the new direction they are going , season 2 is almost over and im not sure if i will be watching season 3 . Im ready for the vampire theater to burn and the trial to be over with... the character development with Madeline and Claudia is kinda throwing shit off for me - Weird implied lesbian thing instead of them just being sisters ..
I understand for some fans including you finding Madeline and Claudia romantic relationship a turn off especially if you were expecting a more sister/mother focus but for better or worse that story is almost over, well the 3erd season would be focus on Lestat and Gabrielle according to Rolin, hopefully this coming season would have more Loustat. I mean their chemistry is one of the best things ever, Would be a shame to waste it.

Definitely not true. Lestat loves Louis but Louis pushes him away a lot when he’s sad. He can be cruel at times to Lestat. Lestat has abandonment issues do too others leaving him. Also lets remember that Louis remembered things wrong in season 1 so some of the things that happened didn’t actually happen the way we saw them happen. Both Louis and Lestat love each other but they need to learn how to express that better.
