My name is Eric and I travel with my cat, “Jax” in a 2001 Chevy Fleetwood Tioga Arrow 24D Class C RV. We travel about 45 miles a day chasing 70 degrees year-round. Here are some popular questions asked:

I live in Myrtle Beach up at Myrtle Beach Resort on Highway 17. Lots of things to do up this way including Broadway at the Beach, a ferris wheel, helicopter rides, state park, etc. And two Walmart stores. Beaches are pretty empty this time of year. Yes, true, but like watching any serialized TV show the episodes are shot in advance and then aired. We know this is done for security reasons by this channel but it's still fun to reply to the latest installment and Eric reads the comments. It's good information in the video and in the comments.

Myrtle Beach is one of the best beaches on the East Coast. I have spent many happy days there.
I'm still a little sad to see that y'all did not take the Blue Ridge Parkway on your trip south. It is one of the most beautiful, scenic drives in North America, with convenient scenic overlooks (boondocking spots) every few miles. South of the Blue Ridge Pkwy. is Great Smoky Mountains NP (completely awesome), and south of that is the Foothills Parkway, another fabulous scenic mountain drive with convenient pull-offs every few miles. Next year, for sure.
I loved the shark and alligator store fronts.

#35 Good Sunday Morning, Morgan and Eric; Lovely video of South Carolina and all its features. It snowed here in Michigan and it is freezing! The pulled pork looks so good! This lady is a good cook. This summer, I took my family to St. Catherines area near Niagara Falls. My Son and Daughter in Law had lots of fun there.
Rain and cold here in Seaside, Or, while you are in shorts...nice. I went and watched last years Campfest video down in Padre Island for a taste of sun and fun.

Have you thought of buying a mini-dehumidifier? There are 2 types made by Eva-Dry which are sold on Amazon. One is EDV500 Dehumidifier which you can reuse by electric heating the crystals to dry them out (plug it in outside the RV when drying). The other is Edv-2200 Dehumidifier ( Mid-Size) which condenses and collect moisture from the air into a container. You can mod the Edv-2200 to 12V easily.
Eric purchased the the best possible solution. I have used calcium chloride in my RV for over forty years. Easy, inexpensive, clean, requires no electricity and environmental friendly. Why is it that if you don't plug it in it's no good.
hey you were at topsail island!!! I go there every September! we rent a home right on the beach! that place with the shark in the beginning was where I went right before I left for home. good times, glad i got to see it again!
haha I used to go there all the time, been to that same shops with the shark and alligator and shark :D as well.

I had that problem for awhile too but it went away - I found if you go back later in the day the comments came up but still don't get what happen.

Nice Video! So how was the pulled pork? The recipe looks simple enough for anyone to be able to make. Morgan should make a "RV'er Cookbook" with all her easy/simple recipes. Do it in PDF format so it can be downloaded, or make it into a phone app. ;-)

You guys should really get a CB-radio in you cars so you can talk while driving! I got one in my camper van and it's quite fun to listen and talk to others.

One variation we used on pulled-pork - barbecue sauce and horseradish. Also works with beef roast.

Eric, since you and Morgan are having to travel in tandem are you two using two way radios to communicate when you are on the road? I know the FRS two way radios might be a good option for you, and would be better than trying to rely on cell phones for constant open mic communication.
some inexpensive Walkie talkies could do the trick for communication

Cellphone plans often have minute restrictions . To save minutes the walkie talkies would be better
I was about to suggest to him that he and Morgan get their ham radio licenses - He can get Baofeng radios with VHF and UHF capabilities and it would add a whole new dimension to their traveling. 73 de KK6IQK (my call sign).

I hope you made Merrills Inlet, too. Close to Myrtle beach, but not as well known. Fresh Market, there, and a great used nook store. Can't imagine where you would boondock, tho.
You made me remember the 'no swear' rules in Virginia beach. I asked an officer about that and he found it funny cause the city put that up while it is part of a 'keep the peace rule' that most cities have ,they just did not had the. No disturbing the peace by not screaming, spiting, playing loud music, being more then 3 peeps disturbing others ecxt..... We have those rules here also but we don't make signs for them lol
