LOVE to make a good sauce for dipping dumplings. If I'm alone, I drink the leftover sauce in my little bowl when I'm done lol. So good. Great video!
I made dumplings just now, I used Light Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Chili Oil, and Sesame seeds for dipping the store-bought dumplings in that were Thai Basil Tofu.

I do something similar but without the water and sesame seeds.
A little scallion oil in it would be perfect!
Would horseradish compliment it or ruin it? Thanks.
