    Thanks for your program I am learning a lot . My question is after an election who should be the Board Director , the person who more vote get ? I am imagine is the right thing

    If an HOA requires quorum and it is not achieved does that mean that no votes count such as electronic mail in and ballots in person or just that you can't vote at the meeting?
