@Burn La Capone’s mom also used to @ how she felt about the killer’s & their prosecution etc,but there are a lot more Chicago focused social media outlets now(both new & established ones w/expanded viewership)so had it happened now vs 10 yrs ago,she would’ve been more visible as well.She was just as involved in pursuing prosecution & always very vocal about her happiness & relief that they were convicted after the verdict came in.She also often downplayed her son’s street activity when directly asked about it in interviews despite everyone knowing he’s known to have an actual body,unlike Duck who’s primarily known as just a shooter.Right or wrong most moms know but want to preserve & highlight the lens they see their baby through which focuses on their best qualities.
