Add the Crosman rifle buttstock conversion
I love mine… use it for squirrels.. one wee bit of advice… when changing CO2 cartridge, a small drop of pellgun oil on the mouth of the powerlet, will do wonders for the seals… Happy shooting.
Barrel not screw cut for moderator needs an adaptor, lots of bling available. Lot of people install steel breech so can use scope mounts to get away from the problock ones.
22xx platform very good for modifications. Powerful pistol upto 5+fpe, easy to strip down and work on
I carry one of these in my game bag every day as I do my vermin control rounds to dispatch and they don’t half pack a punch. They are absolutely bulletproof excuse the pun but it’s never ever let me down.
It’s a no fuss vermin basher and paired with rws super h points the jobs done, lights out. Mine is just the basic one in Racks pack on the video but my god do they hit hard, definitely recommend one to anyone.
I wanted one for years. Bought one today, to replace my 1979 webley and Scott spring pistol. Hope to enjoy it at 53 lol 😆

I've got one Brilliant little thing I like them standard but an adjustable hammer spring tensioner just boosts it enough to feel better Mine is now just under 6lb ft but you can turn it down for closer target work and higher shot count Glad you looked at it 👍

I have one modded out to be a rifle nice little scope and it’s in steel breech 177 now with a 18 inch barrel. It’s a mean machine takes out rats from quite a distance

Good review, get a shoulder stock for it. Can you review the pump up crossman pistol sometime.
man i bought this in 2008 just for plinking etc..second hand with wooden grips .silencer etc etc ..and now in 2023 i must replace the seal ..wich is so ez..i use this for finisher ..when i do not straight kill a rat (wich happen 1 out of 100 ) with my nr1 pcp rifle i use this.And i still plink with this ..man we are 15 year;s later..reflex sight ..wooden grips .silencer...red dot ..trigger pull mod ..etc..thumb's up for video..PS i got the same silencer no doubt..i did put a dony tantu on it..OMFG ..not more silent .but very good ..but more power..no he dont pay me just my experience.
I got one back in August after I got rid of a 2250XL and regretted it. I love it but it started leaking last week I have no idea why as I always put a drop of pelligun oil on the cartridge either every time or every other time. It was leaking from both the barrel and breach. The gun shop replaced it without any fuss they had no idea why it should suddenly start leaking after less than 500 pellets, but fingers crossed this one doesn’t, I have the shoulder stock and small scope and it’s dead accurate 👍.
I take it the mods for this co2 pistol are more or less the same with 13xx? Breech, barrel, port, valve?

Some epoxy grips in fancy colour blue ,purple or dark green and pcp conversion with 2 tanks small tiny for a pistol and longer pipe one for a rifle and folding butstock but not AR type some sceletonized for saving weight like AK AP-01 or the sniper types folding stocks tikka etc. Deffently best air pistol with lot of modularity only the crossman silhouette looks better but doesn't have so much mods.
I have seen those in pcp conversion .
Me to on ebay but did they work proper ?????i dont see it on youtube ..maybe i missed a link ..i know i can buy it but doe's it work??????

bought mine a year ago. Paid 39 bucks from Airgun Depot. Just put the Crosman Stock on it ... 35 bucks. Trying to figure out how to put a laser sight on it. Bought one off amazon for 14 bucks, but no way to mount it. Any ideas? Or model sights with mounting brackets I can buy?

Classic air gun! Lots of customization I’ve added a wood grip/AR15 butt stock and a suppressor at the front end of mine also added a pic rail from eBay! Now I can add a flashlight or laser or Laser/Light combo! Oh I think you should put a buttock on it!
Mines a 10 shot sidelever on high pressure air. I love it.
I have a 2240 but the Diana Chased is a better gun. You don't have buy all the extras get the combo with two barrels
Great video, I agree with all your statements, I've done a couple of builds myself one looks alot like what you said was a little extreme, they arnt gold plated you are looking at Brass .
They are really awsum guns and accurate to boot .

someone please make the bolt action solenoid actuated and set up so when you pull the trigger and fire it cocks the bolt for the next shot making it semi auto
You know cut the crap 💩 I am or was looking for plain 2240 but even before the video you started putting crap 💩 on already so it’s never original..All I am asking is review of Crosman 2240 right out of the box 📦,that’s all.. I know you can spend shitload of money on it but I personally won’t.Only thing I want for it is shoulder brace 1399 that’s only upgrade I would consider…
