I promise you that's not how real life works. They all live in their own bubble. And like, no shade-- they can do what they wanna do, but they also shouldn't be surprised when their best friend ends up dating their ex cuz that's apparently how it works in their group.

Well where i'm from that's kinda how it works...while some might date outside their friend group too most of them date from the inside...and while sometimes i get the so called girl code, sometimes i don't cuz like if my friend broke up w someone and then after a while me and that person start talking etc it's kinda dumb if my friend prohibits me from dating that someone if we start having feelings for each other

ikr..they do that for clout because if they date anyone who is not tiktok famous, they are not going to be in news. most of their content is their dating life, thats why they choose to date someone whos pretty well known in the social media community
@@cherryontop2141 I mean I'm not saying there are absolutely no circumstances that that's okay in-- but that was probably just a one-time thing, whereas in the tiktok group that IS the NORM. Like it happens regularly-- they all just trade boyfriends and girlfriends. Plus, it's different if it's been a while since the initial break-up-- these people break up and get back together with only a couple weeks in between. So, please don't think I'm judging you or your friends-- this is a really extreme and weird case I'm referring to.
@Megan Thomas I understand wanting to have something in common with your significant other, but it's also really refreshing to date someone with differences so you can learn from them. Plus, I know so many people in LA that aren't "influencers," they just have to try and branch out a bit. Even if they do end up with another tiktoker, it doesn't have to be from their immediate group of friends...which is always what happens.
Nessa and jaden are both releasing series abt their lives and they will def have moments together there, I hope you react to it when they do
i think nessa was a lot more comfortable in the vid w jaden bc the one w josh was one of her first videos online and she went through a lot of changes since then. there r other videos w her and josh where shes more herself tho

@@natalie_rose2861 still jaden was literally josh's best friend and he was w him throughout the entire relationship and saw how much he loved nessa. josh was waiting for her to take care of her mental health so he could have her back bc he loved her sm. and she said she "had to take a break for her mental health" and then got w his best friend. i understand that u can't control ur emotions and who you like but jaden and ness also could've handled it more respectfully. they just went out in public showing off their relationship the day after. idk the whole thing is fucked tho.

If u watch other videos of them, u could see Jaden is very protective towards Nessa. Also when they dated, she was clearly ansious when they saw paparazzi, Jaden talked with them while he was checking up if she was fine.
He was protective with mads too , that’s just how he is .

First time I saw videos of Jaden and Nessa I genuinely thought they were dating I didn’t even know there was a situation with Josh and Mads. It just looked like clear obvious chemistry. My friend then explained the josh and mads situation and I feel bad for the people that got hurt and everything is multiplied when you are young and famous but the reality is if you feel strongly about someone you should go for it. The timing isn’t ideal but you can’t hold back for other people.

THANK YOU FOR NOT WANTING TO BE A GOSSIP CHANNEL. A RELATIONSHIP COACH SHOULD SOMEWHAT REFLECT IN THEIR OWN LIVES A RESPECT FOR FEELINGS AND SHOW SOME INTEGRITY.
Relevant to the their situation my mom and dad started their relationship in a very similar way to Jaden and Nessa. My dads ex wife was my moms close friend and his best friend became her future husband. They basically pulled a full switch, and my parents were the ones that initially caused it same way as Nessa and Jaden, there was a ton of hurt and anger for years but it became clear my parents were meant to be together and it hurt their friendship but their love was too strong to hold back. Years later they are all friends and have co parented well and I consider my dads ex wife my aunt and she is very close with my mom. Love is love ❤️
So some years of damaged friendships was a small sacrifice for decades of love and 6 kids (2 from my mom and dad, 2 from my dad and his ex wife/my moms friend, and 2 from his ex wife and my dads friend) we are an unconventional family but filled with so much love. I consider them my 1/2 siblings and I wouldn’t change it for the world
@Micah Jenkins they are young and under a microscope of scrutiny to the entire internet. Frankly this is decently normal teen/young adult behavior to not handle relationships in the most mature manner. There are a lot of dangerous horrible things that influencers do that are bad for impressionable audiences and I’m the first to call them out but this isn’t one. They were in a tough situation and there would have been backlash pretty much any way they went about this. The way Josh handled this publicly is actually a really great example on emotional maturity and how to handle a situation like this. Honestly people will always have messy relationships and friendship overlap situations like this. You have to hold influencers to a higher standard for a lot of things but this isn’t one of them, they aren’t glamorizing starting a relationship like this it’s obviously something not to be proud of and they know is hurtful. If you want to shame them for not having the most mature healthy communication methods with this sure go ahead but frankly everyone involved is handling this much better than many people in the public eye would have, they aren’t going on reputation cancelling tirades aggressively cursing and dragging each other out online.

@@melwherry4957 They are but I feel it shows how much they really care about their friends to do this without caring about giving an explanation or even taling to their friends or eventually trying to make amends like your parents did. Your parents clearly saw each other as soulmates but Jaden and Nessa mostly got together for their music careers/bc their manager todl them to/they vibed better. There were lies, Nessa told Josh she wanted to take a mental break from relationshio but she was seeing Jaden very quickly/got matching tattoos.There is evidence Jaden didn't even want to tell Josh and didn't bother to break up with Mads properly. And the managers told them to continue their affair that was going on before Jaden broke up with Mads. And add to that Nessa has a history of not apologizing to anyone including the Muslim community. I don't know if Nessa acts like that because of her issues but if she knows she will mess things up she doesn't even bother to warn her friends. Also Josh cursed and dragged Mads on online and called her a liar even though she was right that Nessa was with Jaden. Nessa said nasty things to Mads before the situation and etc.

If you ask politely and they refuse, a lot of the time that is your answer. Especially with the gut feeling stuff, definitely confusing sometimes.

exactly like ofc i feel bad for josh & mads but tbh jaden and nessa have both been thru a lot mentally- nessa w her BPD/getting death threats and jadens even attempted suicide. i feel like they bonded over their mutual love for making music to the point they could no longer deny their obvious chemistry- plus for jaden to risk it ALL for nessa? says a lot about how genuine his feeling for her are so i hope they acc stay together bc they deserve happiness too

Things like this happened all the time in my high school and college. We weren't mature in the same way experienced thirty year olds or grown adults usually are so many of us made very messy mistakes in our dating lives and friendships. The difference was we weren't under public scrutiny. They're so incredibly young and this is a very complicated situation so i'm not surprised that it wasn't handled in the best way. It is what it is. At this point they need to be allowed to move on from this. I'm sure years from now everyone involved will have learned many lessons from their past dating mistakes lol.

It's the chemistry thing & the things they have in common. What they did was what made them happy. If they didn't really love each other they wouldn't of risked it.

Ya it's been obvious to me since December I just didn't think they were aware of it or it would take years but it was obviously stronger than it appeared. If mads was always worried about Nessa it's because even she saw the chemistry

if they caught feelings for each other while they were in their respective relationship, that’s still cheating even if they didn’t act on them! it’s emotional cheating, and honestly, sometimes it’s worse (in my opinion at least).
And nobody likes to admit they were wrong

I think mads really learned a hard lesson through her relationship, glad the bandage is ripped off and she can now continue moving forward however bumpy that might be, recovering from something like this is rough, especially if you still have lots of feelings and respect towards the person that snuck behind your back. I wish he talked more about depression after breakups and how to deal with it!

As a 33 yr old married woman that has been in a healthy and monogamous relationship for 10 years (and I still love my husband more than ever), I agree with all that you say! But as an 18 -20 yr old girl that was in an immature relationship in the past for 3 years, there was a bf where I would always snoop around (only bf that I ever did) bc he was so good at making me feel like I was crazy. Eventually one day I found another girl's number and some other things that confirmed what I thought, and that was best thing in order to make me break up with him. I should have just listened to my gut but he was very convincing and relentless with the calls etc. So anyway snooping helped in that one situation. It is so much harder to follow this advice as a young person imo. Just my thoughts.

But from what I’ve seen Jayden and nessa caught feelings for each other while they were in a relationship with other people, BUT they didn’t do anything until after they broke up with there partner.
