I definitely agree with the IFP caucus leader in Gauteng that discussions should not be conducted through the media , alas this has been done both by the ANC and DA. The Gauteng press briefing by Helene Zille does suggest that quiet diplomacy is not the DA narrative. I reluctantly believe that personalities like Panyaza Lesufi are problematic and show that he represents that faction of the ANC who want to hype up their profile by playing hard ball . The statement of intent agreed by the DANCE seems to be worthless piece of paper now that the DA were so quick to ensconce Cyril as President this rocky relationship spells a divorce on the horizon. Being in opposition is always easier than co - habiting and the ANC President and John Steenhuizen may agree but their underlings don't care too share power.
This issues from this people saying voters has spoken should stop with their hypocrisy word 😢 so voters didn't speak in KZN while majority voted MKP has the biggest party? Why isolated the majority in KZN?
A simple process was complicated by greed. If the statement of intent was adhered to by all involved, this matter would have never needed to come to light as agreements would have been honored. If you say an apple costs R2, then when I give R2 you decide to say actually no the apple costs R4, what do you think would happen?

Even in KZN the votes spoke, 55% put their faith in other parties, not the MK

If the ANC calls press conferences and slander the DA it's not possible for them to just leave it without starting their side of the argument.
