I have watched this video 3 or 4 times, and I laugh every time I see Mike fumbling with that net. I fish alone all the time, and I have had each of these frustrations on my boat at one time or another. This is great video entertainment. I just got on your website, and now I know that Amey Keyes is the brains behind the music and editing. Great stuff. you have my full attention many times each week. Keep it coming, please. Its a long winter.

AWESOME !!!!!!! The fight , The losing of gear / Almost diving into the water -- BEST VIDEO IVE SEEN THIS YEAR !!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to try fishing musky for the first time this year because of these videos & I really don't fish much at all... I was 100 yards to your east when you popped that first fish. Just got done releasing one when I saw you stick this dandy. Obviously a window opened - CRAZY! Nice work!

Great stuff. Great big fish at the end there. Dave gets real panicky sometimes, and he put Mike into a hairy situation with that pull-in angle for the net job. Always come from the side, Dave! Take your time and maintain control.

If you want to be quieter on the water get the prop nut silencer for your trolling motor . Been useing one for awhile you'll notice the difference. .

I love your videos! This is my 2nd year musky fishing and am looking to upgrade my reels as I am using cheaper abu garcias currently. I see you use the curado in this video. I was also looking at the Shimano tranx. What are some of your recommendations? I would like to get an all around reel to throw double ducktails, crank baits, and bulldogs.
    Thanks!

If i where you, I'd get a hard bump board or tape measure. Those tyrant paper rulers are super inaccurate. You'll gain up to an inch for every 10 inches on that foldable bump board.
