So far the picture quality on this one is exceptional. I also bought a solar panel with it so I will see how this all turns out.

I saw at least 10-12 mandatory code requirements / fortifications in our region that differ from the way it’s shown here and those details basically double the amount of total man hours on similar projects. Code enforcement is for sure a revenue tool for the county you live in. However, it also ensures that the project gets completed correctly. There are a lot of jack legs out there. 35 year tradesman.

It was getting a new steel roof over everything. Plus, the shingles were my waterproofing while waiting for the roofers.
