Hi, I personally wouldn’t bother just doing the resonator delete cause it makes a tinny noise and nothing much. It will make the sound louder by probably 10% However, if you delete the rear back box that would make things much better and will have a louder growl to it.
@@supercarspotterscs I currently have uel headers with stock and exhaust which sounds almost identical so want to remove resonator instead of muffler (the big box) becuase i don’t want it to be too loud
I'm really curious how this would sound in my case. I'm running catless UEL headers, an HKS overpipe, and then stock the rest of the way. The car has a nice boxer rumble to it now but it's just a little too quiet and I don't want to do a full exhaust.
I’d recommend taking back box first and see if any good. If all good then at least you’ve not gone too far and if you think it still requires the resonator out then you can do that later on….
Do u think a resanator removal on a 2023 would sound different
How did you find the resonator delete? How is the sound different from stock? I’m looking to do this.

@@paulchxn hi mate it’s entirely upto you but it makes it sound tinny noise rather than make it sound deeper…

Well I generally recommend back box first and see what it’s like, as the resonator sounds very tinny….
Is it better to just take out the rear back box or both resonator and rear back box
