No way! A weatherproof house? Revolutionary!!!
The mansion is an absolute extravaganza! Classic modern design...must have fireplaces that always add that romance and cozy calm. The views are superior...favorite space is the primary bathroom and that blue tub..it's EVERYTHING the stress is gone!!...so many areas to hide away....words can't say it all....thanks Ryan and your S. team for a tour of the wonder of Connecticut
youre taking the piss right?
This is the coolest house I have seen. Not most expensive but offers so much
This is a modern masterpiece, extravagant yet tasteful. Definitely worth the $10 million.
I agreed. I like for my house to be built like a complex building because these types holds longer when dealing with nature’s disasters.
really liked the left bottom corner repeating the information. I think it is new addition!
A JET SKI RYAN AIN’T PLAYIN🤣 HIS NEW TOURS ARE 🔥 THIS IS BEAUTIFUL ❤️
You single woman I'm in united kingdom London
THAT IS A BLOODY BARGIN RYAN, WOW BRO!!! 👌😁👌😎😋💪💪👍👍
It's great to see a real estate agent talk about the importance of things like windows and a rain screens, most luxury real estate tours don't mention those things. Sub'd
10:46 the glass is so thick that the mic on top of Serhant's shirt stopped working
We always show love to you and the rest of your agents, but I don’t know if it’s said how great your video team is. They do really good work of with a lot of movement and cool shots
Wow very good nice +👍🔔
Amazing home Ryan. One thing, please increase your speaking volume, it's very low which means I have to turn up the TV and then the music during cuts is booming loud. Long time watcher.
Ryan, your videos are next level. Never failed to impress and it keeps getting better :)
Talk about smart use of Space.
Amazing home
Almost. The lit kitchen countertops were gorgeous, but what in the world was that beyond narrow claustrophobic little galley space where the actual cooking would be done??? All that space and they had to design the kitchen like that? Also, interior design can be left to individual taste, but this home sticks out from its neighbors like a sore thumb. So much money went into it, could just a tad more be spent to make the exterior more harmonious with the island's architecture instead of leaving it just a big ole box?
Greatest house he’s ever shown? Hell yea count me in. He’s never once said that before
Fun fact: Darrin and Samantha stephens of 'Bewitched' lived in Westport, Connecticut.
Nice house excellent video, could be underwater in 10-20 yrs
You’ll be dead and forgotten before that house is under water
I live in Connecticut I live in Westport this house is not to far from minds but these even a bigger house in Farmington CT that has 45 bedrooms 35 bathrooms indoor and outdoor pool a night club movie theater etc etc that might be the house I get next just to be closer to certain family members and plus it get way to cold on the shoreline in the winter months vs inland but in the summer it's the opposite
NEVER thought I'd see a house like this in Connecticut😮. If I ever move back from London I'd go for a place like this.
How? Connecticut has some of the richest towns in the whole country like Westport & Greenwich.
@@lukethornbrough1500 they’re all usually cookie cutter houses. McMansions etc. not my style. I was just in Westport this weekend and it’s too New England for me. Sorta Cape Codish.
@@TenshiRwhat & where is your style of a mansion?
Gorgeous home!
Very nice 👍
Tbh if I wanted a waterfront property, I'd want it in front of an ocean where you can only see the ocean and nothing else. Private beach, cliffside probably too. Something like Hawaii, Malibu. Maybe Hamptons
That is incredible i wish ya right
wow!
I subscribed cause you did a luxury home tour barefoot :)
I wanted to see the garage lol
"GORGEOUS GORGEOUS REALLY REALLY super super." c'mon man
Next time you are in CT let me know!!!
Would you recommend buying a mansion in CT?
Tell me more about these smart home features
Ryan Bath water would be cold before you get in stunning house
Noice...
I can't be the only one that thinks the super glossy kitchen cabinets are tacky. I like it overall, but please give me something less shiny.
Yeah I wasn’t to cray cray about those cabinets myself drew🤣🤣
Why did he switch the channel where he posts these videos
@RyanSerhant. Me-luh. Say it with me now, ……. Me Luh. It’s German. Not Me-Lay. Please for the love of EVERYTHING HOLY, please stop saying Me-Lay. For a guy who’s in tune with the details, let’s get the details right.
Me-luh.
Keep up the good work k bye!
Ryan can sell anything
My parents, when I was 14 years old, once rented a villa in Hungary. Now, I am from a middle class family and Hungary was at the time on of tje cheapest countries to visit so by no means am I boasting here. Anyway, the point of me telling you this is that when I set foot in that villa I legitimately lost my way. It had an outdoor swimming pool, an underground cinema room, 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an indoor jacuzi and a huge all around garden. It was fun for 3 weeks. But to live there? Hell no. Seriously, living in these huge houses isn't for the majority of people I believe.
Maybe not for single people but if you're married and have a big family of 3 or four kids it's probably perfect.

Where's your sneakers?😂
What man can’t drive stick shift-sheesh
flooding? mosquitoes? nice place, but, i worry. and hate mosquitoes.
It looks like a dentists office
If you’re going to spend $10MM to live on the water why do it in CT where you only get 4 good months a year to enjoy it. Spend that money on a better climate.
I'd like to think if you showed up in a suit on a jet ski would be really on brand for you.
Hope they get flood insurance...
.. then winter comes
Reasonably nice house, but far too many houses have been built in the area; if I was spending $10 million on a house an hour's journey out of the city I'd expect that I couldn't see my neighbours.
Wow. A three story rectangular warehouse. Berlin 1935. No thanks.
riding a pwc without a life jacket is illegal.
you must be fun at parties
Maybe in your state
yes, bro…in my state. which is the exact same state he is riding the jet ski in. genius.
Meh, too pretentious.
This contemporary crap goes out of style as quick as it pops up. (Thankfully)
Gimme Nantucket traditional any day.
This thing is horbile
Did he say "Privacy"?
Yeah okay! For 10 million you can be 25 feet off your neighbors house.
Lived in CT for years, so glad I am gone. Everyone hates it there and the taxes are one of the worst in the country. Terrible Winters too. He needs to do a tour of this home anytime between December and April when everything is gray, cold and raw out. Just sayin
LOTS OF WASTED SPACE
why would want to live in the snow capital of the world..
Yeah but at the end of the day your STILL in Connecticut!!!! I'd rather be in the 92663 Newport Beach baby!!! Ask Josh Altman where his OC house is!!! Lol lol
What's wrong with CT? Is definitely better than CA
you just pick the ugly houses to feature.
