Recent watcher from NJ. Love how much history you uncover and find your videos very compelling. Don't metal detect myself but magnet fish occasionally. Just grateful to be along on the journey. God Bless you Mike for all you do, stay safe out there brother.👍
Those are some fascinating relics. At abt 12:40 there’s a piece or two of blue floral design that reminds me of Dr. Wall Worcester ware. The back sides of the early Worcester ware is marked with a crescent moon, which helps date it at first period of production. Thanks for sharing, Mike!
Good video as always. Been watching you since 2013. Cool to see you still using the good ole at pro! Still my machine of choice. I’ve used most of the newest ones but the at pro never disappoints
Could that big piece be a big sturup for riding horses? I thought sturups were made out of metal. I know its big but it just fits into something you step unto to get on a horse. But I could be wrong.
@@nuggetnoggin was I right? I can't believe it! I watch channels like yours to learn. I am shocked! So why is it plain? I guess during that time if you weren't rich or from the city your spurs were very simple.
wow some awesome finds nuggetnoggin me and my hood friends have watching you from the beginning you wish my friends son happy birthday he's now 16 regards from England x
I have been shadow banned, censored, and hidden from UA-cam because of it, sadly. It worked before but we live in a world that has changed a lot in the last years, it's no longer the same. Appreciate all your support!
The big metal piece that started the trash pit looks like part of the brake mechanism from a horse n buggy type wagon. I've seen brake pedals similar on the super old ones. They'd just put their foot in there and stand up to brake. But I could be way off.
Flowers piece - possibly a hair brooch. But it would have had evidence of 2 half moon slivers of metal on the back. Considering the amount of kitchen-related stuff, possibly a ladle handle. Looked awfully big for a spoon. Great hunt !
Ground hog said it will be a great spring for detecting! 😃Lol! What caliber is the musket ball? They sure meant business! Thanks again for the videos! Snows almost gone in Nebraska 😃 finally.
Featherware is made between 1780 and 1820. Also you should go to Ireland with Chill Bill soon because I'm going there in 2025 to metal detect old sites and places.
They are cool buckle. Might be into the later 1700s though or used til then i think because I dug 4 of them in the last few hunts. Thanks for watching!

Yes, she can definitely come! You could also work as a team if you want. One has to hold the detector while the other digs. You just cannot move on to the next signal until you find it together. Take care and see you soon! Happy Hunting!
Brother I have noticed you don't put the scriptures at the end of your videos and even God bless is less. I get your busy. Its your faith that drew me to your channel. Yes your amazing but finding authentic true Christians especially in our generation on social media is rare. I mean you share Scripture, wish Everyone God Bless, you don't cuss, you don't talk bad about authority, your respectful, honorable, and a gentleman.
I’m thankful you noticed. I actually forgot to say God bless on this particular video, just from the way I pieced it together and edited quick to get it posted. I still share the scriptures on end of many Facebook videos . Haven’t done it on UA-cam in awhile because they shadow ban or flag content as offensive since it’s not my channel topic , you actually notice a huge decrease in views too from it being hidden from my audience. Years ago they didn’t do this, it’s recent change to their algo since about 2 or 3 years ago . Thanks for watching! More video so j the way

Yeah

My best guess as for the iron oval object, maybe it's a stirrup?
Would be a huge stirrup! Usually they little smaller unless it's big foot haha

5:14 that's a saddle stirup
Looks like the boot thing on a saddle! I obviously don’t know my saddle parts. 😅
Yep... looks like a stirrup to me too!
I was also thinking stirrup. I'd love to hunt with you one day I live in Lowell n.c
About 40 minutes from huntersville.
Any luck detecting around there? Thanks for the support!

Last time I was in South Carolina basic training ft Jackson sept 1980
I wonder if you’re digging in an old out house location? It would explain all the buttons and bottles.
Either that or a trash pit. Thanks for watching!
I want one of the new t-shirts but the collar looks kind of tight. I prefer a little bit looser collar.
Which shirt are you talking about? I’ll let you know if it’s tight . Most The ones I have fit good

I'd LOVE to come but can't afford the fee!
My guess on the bigger item...a step for a carriage or stage coach.
Is that big piece of metal a stirrup?

Yes, a huge stirrup.
