And you to say those statements so matter-of-factly when even in the realm of psychology with experts in the top of their field still debating on whether or not it has any scientific validity just kind of shows your nescience on the issue

VERY GOOD ANALYSIS OF IQ CONCEPT AND HOW TO DEVELOP EDUCATION SYSTEM TO PRODUCE MORE INTELLIGENT PEOPLE .
You have to start with students who have the genetic basis for intelligence. It wont work with a classroom filled with 80 IQ students.
So now we need to incentivize low IQ people to have fewer or no children, while incentivizing high IQ people to have lots of children.
