The Leftovers tells the story of what happens to everyone after 2% of the global population disappears without explanation nor reason. 150 million people gone, and the people left behind must figure how to continue on.
This is by far one of the most underrated and best TV shows out there, so I hope I did it justice.

Awesome tribute to my favorite show! Hope was a constant theme at the end of each season while the bulk of each season was beautiful misery. Happy that you put my favorite scene in this tribute where Kevin reads the Untitled Romance Novel, which is the most vulnerable scene of all television. Where a man shares his insecurities and grapples with his need for his love to accept all of him.
Ive been there needing my ex wife to help me walk through some things, which eventually led to her cheating. I was once religious. Actually, a youth pastor who eventually after many years became an atheist. It was a slow process and I didn't easily leave the faith. I really felt what Grace, Matt, and the Millerite woman felt feeling like God abandoned them after showing so much faith. Ive had family, church members, and an ex to all betray me, but in the end, I found hope. A hope that is not built on others, but in a peace of mind and with accepting myself.
